Hope this doesn’t sound corny….aww heck, if it does, too bad…Just want to give a big hearty thank you to everybody who visits Bootleg Betty and myself on a regular basis. I never knew this place would lead to such a beautiful community of people, but it did, thanks to the Divine Miss M, Bette Midler.
Many of you I’ve come to know through your comments, emails, or through the little chat box on the right hand side of the page. I can’t tell you how great it feels getting to know each one of you and your wonderful, different personalites, your stories, your Smug Mutha stories, your Bette Midler stories, or how you came to love the Divine Miss M. I just enjoy hearing your stories and from you. Many of you touch my heart and many of you make me laugh with your wild and witty ways. I love it all.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much you all mean to me. You bring joy into my life and I hope in some way that I have brought some into yours. Thank you for being here all these years. Here’s hoping for many more to come. I love you all….

Well Mister D. I’d like to thank you for allways keeping me up with Bette and well your site is addicting! All of my friends know that when i say mister D or text blb they know who you are and what blb is!! You rock Mister D!!! Even when i’m at school i get on (they haven’t blocked the site yet!) i had to go to a conference for 3 days and i couldn’t get on and i was sad cuz you miss soooo much in even 1 day!! your just another person that makes up the wind beneath my wings!!

I am very thankful for all of the hard work that you put in to the site every day and for keeping us informed of Ms. Midler’s career and good works.
